4. Purpose of processing personal data/data file use
Personal data is used to plan the execution of service requests and student assignments submitted by the user. The data is forwarded to the controller’s e-mail and can be imported into e.g. statistical programs.

Contact form to be completed on the website of the person himself.
7. Regular disclosure of data
The contact information provided by the person themselves on the website is used by the staff of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences to contact them regarding the form completed on the SeAMK Food Labs website.
8. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA
Data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Customer data in the register will not be disclosed outside Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, unless otherwise stated in the form-specific data.
9. Principles of data file protection
A. Manual material
Printouts from the forms are stored and subsequently disposed of by the form owner with the necessary security (forms containing personal data to the Data Protection Board, etc.)
B. Computer-processed data
Data maintenance is protected by AD credentials and passwords. A limited group with user rights has access to the file data stored in the system. CRM is only enabled on the Intranet and across a remote connection.
The database is protected by the server’s user IDs and passwords.
